Returns Policy

 

 

 

eMazing Products Warranty for Faulty Goods

 

All the electrical parts carry a one year warranty, however the batteries are covered for 2 months from the day of purchase as these are a consumable product. Please return any faulty parts to; eMazing Electronic Cigarettes, Wellfield Court, Wellfield Road, Cardiff, CF24 3PB, South Wales, United Kingdom, Please include proof of purchase, part to be exchanged, name. address and telephone number. Please retain proof of posting. If the item has been tampered with or the batteries and other items has been misused, dropped, been bent (via placing in pockets etc) or other companies products have been used with eMazing items, it will void the warranty. Please note this is a parts replacement only and not a money back guarantee.

 

Non-Faulty Goods

 

Any customer can return a eMazing eCigs product within 7 days without giving a reason, as long as the product is unusedunopened and in the same conditions as received.

 

If you have change your mind please return the item(s) to; eMazing Electronic Cigarettes, Wellfield Court, Wellfield Road, Cardiff, CF24 3PB, South Wales, United Kingdom unused and in its original condition within 7 days for a refund. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. Please note that if security seals are broken and has been opened then the product is not in its original condition.

 

You will need to pay for the postage cost of returning the goods. For more expensive items we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt i.e Recorded Delivery, as this insures the package in case it goes missing. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

Exceptions 

 

We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products:

 

The packaging or any of the individual product components has been unsealed or damaged. 

The non-faulty product does not arrive at eMazing Electronic cigarettes in a resalable condition.  In this case we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you and to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs. 

 

After receipt of your goods we aim to issue refunds within 7 working days. The cost of your item(s) will be refunded to the credit/debit card/ used or to which ever payment source that was used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.

 

Cancellations 

 

To cancel an order please contact our Customer Services on 029 20490994 or email us on sales@emazing-ecigs.co.uk. If we have already   dispatched your goods before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted item(s). Please see above for sending goods back to us.

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
